Prepare your mind and body for birth with Button Moon’s Pregnancy Relaxation Session.

A single ‘masterclass’ session with your birth partner/s delivered in the comfort of your own home, surrounded by fairy lights and burning aromatherapy oils.

The relaxation session will include: guided relaxations; exploring what happens in the body during birth; breathing exercises to use in pregnancy and birth; powerful visualisations; birth plan tips; complimentary pregnancy aromatherapy oil; complimentary birth affirmation cards and a Button Moon gift bag!

£60 - sessions can also be held online if preferred.
